Nurturing you so you can nurture your family
Hi, I’m Tasha.
For the past 5 years I’ve gently guided mums in all stages of early motherhood – from pregnancy, postpartum recovery and the chaos of the toddler and pre-schooler years – to nourish and care for themselves so they have the energy to keep up with the demands of motherhood. I uncomplicate healthy nutrition, simplify everyday self-care and maximise sleep quality and keep things easy. Filling motherhood with calm, confidence and energy is what I’m all about – so you can finally parent the way you know is best for you and your family.
It’s why they call me the effortless energy finder.
The modern world is not set up for mothers to thrive. Unrealistic societal expectations on body shape, workplace demands, insufficient support for breastfeeding and postpartum recovery all conspire against you to feel like you’re doing it wrong.
You’re not.
You are a good enough mum for your children just as you are.
I did all the reading and research on attachment-based parenting.
It made sense.
But I always found myself falling short. Why couldn’t I keep my calm the way they told me I should? Why didn’t I have the patience to let them duress themselves independently? Why did I find it so hard to motivate myself to rotate their toys, teach independent play, create elaborate messy play activities for them?
And in the meantime the laundry pile was becoming a mountain. The toys were everywhere. The clutter was overwhelming me. And I was starting to avoid looking in the mirror because I just didn’t like what I saw.
I started to feel like I was drowning.
That was when I realised: All the attachment parenting in the world was no good to me if I wasn’t able to take care of myself. If I didn’t get enough sleep. If I didn’t eat enough energy-giving food to keep me going. If I didn’t move intentionally and build my strength. If I didn’t have child-free time. If I didn’t flow with the natural rhythms of life. Without my needs being met, I didn’t have the headspace to be there for my children the way made sense to me.
I needed to prioritise myself as much as I do my children – because no one in the family could thrive when I was stuck in survival mode.
I believe that your family life should be joyful. And it all starts with your joy.
Feeling good doesn’t have to be complicated.
I don’t believe in counting calories. I don’t believe in cutting carbs. Or going low-fat. I don’t believe in weighing yourself. I don’t believe in relying on motivation. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all. I don’t believe in ‘everything in moderation’. And I don’t believe you have to just accept that motherhood is exhausting.
I do believe it is possible to feel good in your body, to love what you see in the mirror, to get comfortable in your skin without depriving yourself
I help mums who are exhausted, time-poor and stressed out, to rediscover their spark and find calm, confidence and joy in motherhood again.

Working with me makes you feel heard and valued. I hold out a hand and gently guide you through my 5 pillar method, starting with the one that is the biggest priority for you right now.
My Motherhood RESET Method to uncover effortless energy
I know you dream of calm mornings alone to drink a cup of tea while it’s still hot.
To gather your thoughts before the family awakes. You dream of ease and joy from the very first ‘Good morning, Mummy!’. You dream of planning healthy, nutritious meals – but also enjoying all food whole-heartedly, without shame or guilt. You dream of laughing till you cry, kicking up autumn leaves, splashing in muddy puddles, jumping in the river. You dream of independent play, cooperation, easy bedtimes and meaningful connection with your partner.
When you walk through my 5 pillars you sleep better, eat better, move better, find flow better and care for yourself better. And that gives you the energy and headspace to focus on the most important thing: your family.
I believe it's possible to live in a world where mothers are valued for the day-to-day work they do at home.
Where mothers feel pride in the mundane – not just the highlights. A world where mothers feel supported and well-rested. A world where prioritising your family is valued – but not at the expense of a mother’s sense of self. A world where we value the role of the mother in building resilient, independent, mature, confident children. A world where taking it easy, play and fun are valued for what they can teach our children. A world that understands what that means for the wellbeing of the world at large.
I get out of bed every day for making mothers feel heard, supported and valued.

In 30 seconds…
I’m a mum to an almost 5-year-old boy and a 2-year-old girl.
I was born in Malaysia to a Portuguese-Malaysian father and British mother.
I spent the first 15 years of my life in Malaysia before moving to the UK for school. I still haven’t decided where home truly is!
I love wanky coffee, homemade bread, chocolate, perfectly roasted hazelnuts and Malaysian food.
I was once an extra in a Bollywood film with Kylie Mingoue.
What nourishment looks like for me…
My food is colourful and varied. I put flavour front and centre – for me food is a source of pleasure, connection and love. For something we do three times a day, I like to make it something truly joyful! I love spending time over my food – even when it’s just a 5 minute bowl, I take time to make it look, smell and taste delicious.
What qualifies me to do this…
I’m a BANT-registered nutritional therapist, mindful breastfeeding supporter, natural chef and sling peer supporter. I’m fully insured and regulated by the CNHC. My learning and experience come together to form the Motherhood RESET Method so you can truly transform your experience of motherhood, inside and out.
