I must admit, I’m a little bit obsessed with the work I do supporting mums. There’s something truly magical about helping exhausted, time-poor mums of little ones find ways to nourish themselves and their families – whether it’s through simple meal planning, learning to enjoy cooking again, or building more energy and ease into daily life. Watching these small changes ripple out into big transformations feels like a privilege every single time.

And that’s exactly what you get when you join me for a cup of tea at my kitchen table. I know what it’s like to reheat your cup of tea 3 times before you get a chance to drink it (cold). So let’s take a pause together and virtually connect over a hot cup of tea.
