How to Prepare Toddler for a New Baby {6.1}
Listen on:
Hello from the other side of baby no.2! It's now almost a year since I had my second baby and I'm excited to be back with a new series on Raising Healthy Mothers.
This series I'm going really personal as I talk about how I've coped adjusting to my first year as a mother of 2. I was warned that going from 1 to 2 was hard - and wow! they weren't wrong were they?
Today I'm starting out with how I prepared my toddler for a new sibling while I was still pregnant. I talk about how we told him, the strategies we used to make him feel included for the full 9 months, the books we read to him to prepare him and how we made some big changes in his life during my pregnancy.
